Nominating Committee

The Nominating Committee shall select a slate of nominees from Active and Affiliate Members as candidates for Officers and Directors, all of whom shall be elected at the next Annual Meeting of the Association and shall serve on the Board of Directors the year next following. The chairperson of the Nominating Committee shall notify the Secretary in writing of the names of such candidates at least four (4) weeks prior to the date set for the Annual Meeting. The Secretary shall mail (either electronically or via the U.S. Postal Service) a copy of the slate of nominees to each member of the Association at least three (3) weeks prior to the date set for the Annual Meeting or the date set for returning ballots.
